The 0.5ct Diamond is set flush into a very chunky 18ct yellow gold setting. 
We can replicate the ring in all 18ct white gold or Platinum. Quotes available on request.
The stone alone measures just over 5mm and is a real statement piece whilst retaining a dignified quality. 
This is not only a contemporary design but also very practical. The ring will stand up to every day wear and tear. The shank is solid which makes the ring nice and sturdy.
